Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread)

Ingredients

2 cups of tapioca flour, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of butter, 1 1/2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg

How to Prepare

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a saucepan, combine the milk and butter, heating until the butter melts. Add the tapioca flour to the butter mixture and stir until smooth. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. Add the cheeses, salt, and egg, mixing until well combined. Spoon small portions of the dough into a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up. Serve warm.
